This Agreement is entered into between Jane Smith ("Freelancer") and Acme Corp ("Client") for the purpose of Web Design services.
The Freelancer agrees to deliver: Design a 5-page marketing website with custom illustrations. Any work outside this scope requires a written change order and additional fees.
Total fee: $2,500. A 50% deposit is due before work begins. The remainder is due upon delivery. Late payments incur a 2% monthly fee.
Final delivery by Dec 31, 2026. Delays caused by Client extend the deadline accordingly.
All deliverables remain property of the Freelancer until full payment is received.
